Christine graduated from ATI in 1990 and after working as a rotational physiotherapist in the Waikato and Auckland, moved to Wellington as Senior Hand Therapist at Hutt Hospital. Christine then ran her own physiotherapy business in Wellington for 5 years before heading to the UK where she worked in professional sport as part of the medical team at Fulham Football Club. Returning to NZ in 2005 she joined the Hands On team in Albany for two years, completing her Hand and Upper Limb module in 2006, before heading overseas again, residing in the Middle East for four years. There she worked as a Physiotherapist and Acupuncturist. Christine returned to NZ in January 2012 to re-join Hands On and complete her clinical masters.

Christine has two young boys and is therefore working part time for Hands On. She is a keen tennis player herself and has a keen interest in sport and sporting hand injuries. She completed her clinical masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at the end of 2012 and enjoys blending these skills in the management of hand and upper limb injuries.
