Lisa originally joined Hands On Rehabilitation in 2012. She now (very efficiently!) manages the accounts for all of Hands On and can also be seen at our Akoranga branch several days a week. Prior to joining our team, Lisa worked for many years in recruitment both in Auckland and further afield in London.

Lisa lives in Browns Bay with her husband and three school-aged children. She enjoys all the North Shore has to offer, especially boating, running and keeping fit.

Fiona Fox

Having worked on the front desk at various Hands On clinics since 2014, Fiona took on the role of Administration Specialist in 2022 – focussing on our Accounts Receivable and Admin training.  Prior to joining Hands On, she spent 15 years in the banking industry. In her time away from work, Fiona helps her husband in the running of their family’s Automotive business and enjoys time with friends and family (including her two spoilt fur babies)

Penny Dunthorne

Akoranga Clinic

Coming from several years of admin in a private physio practice, Penny joined Hands on Rehab at our Akoranga clinic in January 2022 as fulltime administrator.

A North shore girl born & raised, she enjoys spending family time with her four amazing boys - all grown up.

In her time away from work she loves the outdoors - Horses are a passion, as well as kayaking, fishing & great walks.

Stacey Tatana

Coming from an ECE background, Stacey joined the team at our Akoranga Clinic in September 2024 as a Full Time Administrator.

Raised on the North Shore, Stacey enjoys family time, which can include travelling to see extended whanau, camping, playing sports, and spending time with close friends. Stacey is kept busy with not only her son’s sports but also her own. Always up for a challenge she enjoys trying out new activities, meeting new people and having a good time.

Natalie Page

Albany Clinics

Natalie joined the Admin team as Fulltime Administrator in September 2025 – splitting her time between Albany & Red Beach clinics. Prior to joining Hands On, Natalie worked the previous 6 years in the health sector as a Medical Secretary/Administrator.
Natalie lives in Whangaparaoa and enjoys exploring all that it has to offer. An avid rugby league and motor sports fan, she loves to entertain with family & friends.

Kellie Cochrane

Westgate Clinic

Kellie joined the team at our Albany clinic as a Full-Time Administrator in July 2022, bringing experience as a dental assistant and receptionist. In September 2025, she moved across to our Westgate clinic to cover maternity leave. A true Kiwi, Kellie loves spending time with her husband and two girls, finding new adventures to explore around beautiful Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau. She’s also a passionate Formula 1 fan, often staying up late (or even until 3 am!) to watch the races with her two ragdolls snuggled up beside her.

Tracy Drumm

Having previously worked for 10 years as reception/ administrator for a Motel complex, Tracy made the move into the Health care sector in 2019 prior to joining the team at our Albany Clinic in August 2022.

Away from work she enjoys keeping fit & spending time with family & friends.

Michelle Knight

Drury & Papakura Clinics

Administration

Michelle works at our Drury clinic, providing reception and admin support. She joined the team in 2019. Michelle lives locally in Bombay, and has two adult/teenage children. She enjoys entertaining with family and friends, boating and snow skiing.

Sanitoa Tuipelehake

Sanitoa joined Hands on Rehab in January 2024. Sanitoa has worked as a medical administrator previously and is enjoying learning new things and getting to know the Hands On team. Outside of work she loves spending time with her partner and beautiful little girl and also loves cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Hemara Chong Nee

Manukau Clinic

Hemara joined the Hands On Rehabilitation team at the end of May 2021 as a full-time administrator and receptionist at our Manukau clinic. She was born and raised in Samoa, and then moved here to Aotearoa in 2009. She enjoys quality time with her husband, two young boys, families and friends. Prior to this, Hemara was working part-time as a clinic receptionist and administrator at a physiotherapy clinic for 2 and a half years and is now expanding her career in a full-time role

Angela Hilliam

Red Beach Clinic

Angie works at our Red Beach clinic, and joined Hands On in 2016. Always on the go, Angie also instructs Les Mills RPM and Sprint , inspiring others on their fitness journey. She lives in Orewa with her husband. In their spare time they love to tramp the great outdoors of New Zealand.

Natasha Allen

Whangarei Clinic

With a background as a PA and Administrator in Real Estate, the Whangarei team welcomed Natasha as full time administrator in May 2024 Natasha is born and raised in Northland with 2 adult boys and 3 grandchildren. Many days are spent on the water or at the Bach most weekends. She thoroughly enjoys a good shop and ladies' lunch and can’t wait to meet you in clinic

Kendall joined the Hands On team in Westgate in April 2022, having previously worked in the trucking and transport industry. A born and raised Westie, Kendall enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking, and the occasional car show.
